Full-service packages require a $10,000 minimum commitment to design fees and initial consultations generally book three months in advance.

A 20 minute call in which high level project ideas and goals are discussed and any questions are answered about our process and creative involvement.
This is our first opportunity to interact with potential clients interested in our services and we would love to speak with YOU!
FLAT-FEE
OnSite Design Consultation
Property visit & Project Interview billed at $250.
This service allows WHD to view spaces first hand and collectively discuss more specific ideas with homeowners.
*2 hours, within 20 miles of 30030 | Fee due upon arrival*
FIXED-FEE
Single Fee for Scoped Service
A custom Design Proposal is composed reflective of the hours estimated to complete the scope of work requested.
Commonly used for large-scale renovations and additions
where WHD manages all fixed elements of a space
but clients anticipate furnishing themselves.
DESIGNER-FEE
Hourly Design Rate
Tracked Designer time billed at a rate of $150/hr
Frequently used for our A La Carte services where tasks are varied and can spread across multiple spaces. It can include services such as inspiration, sourcing, styling, installing and anything in between.
SQUARE FOOT
Flat Fee per Property Details
Calculated cost based on the size and location of your property.
Typically reserved for new construction projects
based on local requirements.
COST-PLUS
Product + Service Fee
Management of the entire purchasing process for products
with an additional percentage for administrative oversight.
Reserved for furnishing projects where all soft goods are purchased and managed through WHD. [furniture, window treatments, art, etc.]
