This Historic Grant Park craftsman needed a MAJOR overhaul to suit its young and stylish family.
The entire first floor was demo'd, a rear extension was added [complete with new roof lines and stairs] and EVERYTHING at the interior was reorganized. New windows and doors were installed throughout the entire house, while existing elements such as the fireplace and front porch received transformative modifications. Custom cabinetry was designed to allow designation of spaces while maintaining connectivity from front to back and thoughtfully selected fixtures, finishes, and details we're layered into the project and truly brought this home to life.
